What you will do

• Define and deploy Farm Relationship Models, farm clustering criteria, and commercial models across regional country business units.
• Consolidate and benchmark farmgate prices, co-design commercial rules, and support negotiations with farming partners.
• Establish KPIs and monitor milk procurement performance across supply, farming, quality, compliance, economic, and sustainability indicators.
• Analyze organizations, operating models, market data, and external benchmarks to develop fact-based recommendations.
• Identify relevant digital technologies and coordinate regional knowledge sharing and best-practice implementation.
• Develop strategic plans and manage multiple cross-functional projects through timely delivery.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of milk and milk sourcing.
• Experience in a milk organization, ideally in both local and regional roles.
• Strong understanding of commercial models, pricing strategies, and market dynamics.
• Strong analytical and project management skills, including experience working with data and benchmarks.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional and international stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex international environment.
