What you will do

• Support the sales team as a technical expert on ingredients and their applications.
• Design and execute experiments to support product development objectives.
• Facilitate external pilot production for trade shows and shelf-life studies.
• Collaborate with marketing, R&D, and regulatory teams to design application strategies.
• Document application work and share findings with global teams.
• Maintain market awareness to inform future application development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or Chemical/Pharmaceutical science.
• 5+ years of formulation or product development experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 2+ years with a Master's).
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements for supplemental nutrition and functional foods.
• Ability to travel globally up to 20% annually.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in global teams.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a relevant scientific field.
• Experience in formulation development for tablets, soft gels, and other supplement applications.
