What you will do

• Provide technical expertise for the implementation of crop and livestock production activities.
• Facilitate engagement between hirify.global and qualified service providers.
• Monitor the distribution of agricultural inputs and implementation of project agreements.
• Build capacity among service providers regarding beneficiary selection and reporting.
• Support the adoption of climate-resilient farming practices and soil health improvements.
• Maintain effective communication and submit monthly progress reports on project achievements.

Requirements

• University degree in agriculture, agronomy, animal science, agricultural economics, or rural development.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of crop and livestock production systems in Fiji or Pacific Island contexts.
• Experience with climate-resilient and climate-smart agricultural practices.
• Ability to work under the supervision of the hirify.global Subregional Office for the Pacific Islands.
• Must be based in Suva, Fiji for the duration of the 12-month assignment.
