What you will do

• Drive global adoption of automation solutions across Smart Factory for the Future and AI Program initiatives.
• Define automation standards, best practices, governance, and operating models for manufacturing sites.
• Lead PLC, SCADA, and OT/IT integration projects from concept through implementation.
• Support plants with troubleshooting, optimization, continuous improvement, and automation expertise.
• Coordinate timelines, risks, resources, knowledge sharing, training, and change management.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, production, and quality stakeholders while ensuring pharmaceutical compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Automation Engineering, Process Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Automation Lead supporting global pharmaceutical plants or highly regulated industrial sites.
• Strong hands-on experience with PLC, SCADA, OT/IT integration, and automation or digital transformation project management.
• English at C2 level required.
• Ability to work in multicultural environments, travel worldwide, and adapt to a dynamic global organization.

• Spanish language skills.
