What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between military operations, intelligence analysts, and collection organizations.
• Develop, prioritize, and manage intelligence collection requirements supporting military operations and strategic objectives.
• Coordinate collection activities across multiple intelligence disciplines, operational stakeholders, and multinational military organizations.
• Translate commander and operational information requirements into actionable collection plans, strategies, and directives.
• Integrate real-time battlefield intelligence into collection planning and execution while monitoring effectiveness.
• Prepare collection plans, reporting mechanisms, leadership briefings, mission support, and after-action assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in geospatial intelligence, GIS, geography, political science, military science, intelligence studies, operational research, data science, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in intelligence operations, collection management, military operations, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience leading military collection teams in joint operational environments.
• Experience managing intelligence collection requirements and coordinating collection activities for military operations.
• Strong understanding of intelligence collection disciplines, military operations, operational planning, and intelligence oversight procedures.
• Experience working with joint, coalition, or multinational military organizations, including briefing senior military or government leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting NATO, U.S., GCC, or allied military and defense organizations.
• Experience in operational headquarters, intelligence fusion centers, or joint operations centers.
• Knowledge of MENA security dynamics and regional military operations.
• Experience integrating GEOINT, all-source intelligence, and operational reporting.
• Professional military education or advanced intelligence training.
