What you will do

• Develop and execute strategy for ongoing development of Cityscape West events aligned with Tahaluf’s global objectives.
• Own digital and physical sales, visitor marketing, conference and content development, and onsite show operations.
• Deliver revenue, expenditure, and operating profit targets; create annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Strengthen market share and brand identity by positioning the show as the definitive event in its market.
• Build and maintain key relationships with clients, industry bodies, business leaders, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead portfolio team development through appraisals and maintaining a motivated, valued team culture.

Requirements

• Solid experience as an Exhibition Director, preferably in the B2B sector.
• Proven strategic thinking and strategic planning experience.
• Strong business acumen with experience in reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including presenting to senior government officials.
• Middle East experience, with Saudi experience preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and respond to political dynamics and industry trends affecting event sectors.
