Associate Curriculum Developer (AI)

Location: Remote within Europe

Maisa develops Maisa Studio and Maisa Digital Workers and provides technical education and enablement through Maisa Academy.

What you will do

• Create training content, videos, interactive labs, and technical documentation.
• Deliver live and on-demand product training for customers, partners, and employees.
• Help manage and grow Maisa Academy.
• Support the development of certifications and assessments.
• Build deep expertise in Maisa Studio and Digital Workers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Client Services, and Marketing on product education.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, technical training, or technical writing.
• Experience creating and delivering training for technical or SaaS products.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems.
• Familiarity with LLM- and AI-based tools.
• Ability to work remotely from Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience with video production or certification development.
• Knowledge of Python, Markdown, CSS, or SQL.
