Maisa develops Maisa Studio and Maisa Digital Workers and provides product education through Maisa Academy.

What you will do

• Create training content, videos, interactive labs, and technical documentation.
• Deliver live and on-demand product training.
• Help manage and grow Maisa Academy.
• Support the development of certifications and assessments.
• Build expertise in Maisa Studio and Digital Workers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Client Services, and Marketing on product education.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, technical training, or technical writing.
• Experience creating and delivering training for technical or SaaS products.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems.
• Familiarity with LLM- and AI-based tools.
• Curiosity, proactivity, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Nice to have

• Video production experience.
• Certification development experience.
• Knowledge of Python, Markdown, CSS, or SQL.
