Product Growth Strategist

Location: Remote, but candidates must be based in Poland

What you will do

• Develop and execute product growth strategies covering acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
• Analyze behavioral and product analytics to identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities.
• Design and manage experimentation programs, including hypotheses, A/B tests, measurement frameworks, and performance analysis.
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and business stakeholders to align growth initiatives with business goals.
• Present insights and recommendations that translate complex data into practical product improvements.
• Manage multiple client engagements across different products, industries, and user audiences.

Requirements

• Experience developing product growth strategies for digital products or platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and product metrics across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Hands-on experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or similar behavioral and product analytics platforms.
• Experience designing, evaluating, or managing product experiments and A/B testing programs.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and business audiences.
