Junior Growth Product Manager (Health)

TL;DR

Junior Growth Product Manager (Health): Supporting growth processes including analytics, research, and A/B testing to optimize acquisition, activation, and retention for health coaching products with an accent on monetization metrics. Focus on improving CR, ARPU, and ARPPU through data-driven hypothesis testing and user research.

What you will do

• Design and execute small-scale A/B tests across acquisition and activation stages to improve monetization.
• Support Stream owners in launching new products throughout the full product lifecycle.
• Conduct user research to uncover unmet needs and translate insights into value propositions.
• Research competitors and maintain a prioritized hypothesis backlog to improve key growth metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, content, and analytics teams.

Requirements

• 6+ months experience in a product-led IT company (analytics, UA, marketing) or 1+ year in FMCG (brand management, marketing, analytics).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset with a drive for ownership.
• Analytical foundation with a confident understanding of growth metrics (CR, ARPU, CAC, LTV).
• English: B2 (Upper-intermediate) or higher.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Kyiv, UA.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with design principles and copywriting strategies that drive conversion.
• Hands-on experience planning and running A/B tests.
• Experience launching products or features from scratch.
