What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data for software and travel expenditures.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations highlighting trends, variances, and performance metrics.
• Support monthly rolling forecasts and budgeting for executive review.
• Own data management for software, travel, and leasing P&L lines.
• Build financial models and manage software license data to support compliance, usage optimization, renewals, and purchasing.
• Identify process improvements and implement AI-driven solutions for finance workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to turn complex financial data into meaningful insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present financial information.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial planning software such as Adaptive.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of SQL.
