What you will do

• Manage project invoicing processes and coordinate vendor payments for financial accuracy.
• Maintain and update financial models, dashboards, and executive reporting using operational data.
• Prepare monthly financial reports to track project and business performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, revenue planning, and cash flow analysis.
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate revenue recognition and cost allocation.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Corporate Accounting, or Treasury.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and financial modeling.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Based in San Salvador, El Salvador.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of IFRS (SMEs or Full).
• Experience in technology companies or multi-entity corporate environments.
• Familiarity with AI tools applied to finance.
