What you will do

• Develop creative concepts and campaign strategies for paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Write scripts, hooks, calls to action, and storyboards for short-form video advertisements.
• Build creative briefs based on audience insights, performance data, and platform trends.
• Collaborate with Paid Social, Design, Motion, and Influencer teams to produce and refine creative assets.
• Support A/B testing by developing creative variations and identifying high-performing themes.
• Use AI tools to accelerate brainstorming, copywriting, and concept development.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in creative strategy, content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
• A portfolio featuring creative campaigns, social content, or video concepts.
• Hands-on experience writing scripts, storyboards, or briefs for short-form content.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Meta, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
• Curiosity, awareness of trends, and the ability to translate data into creative decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, or similar platforms.
• Background in gaming, mobile apps, or fast-paced digital consumer brands.
