What you will do
- Manage data cleansing, validation, and transformation activities.
- Support Pension Risk Transfer transactions from end to end.
- Consult with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver accurate data solutions.
- Improve data quality and integrity across business systems.
- Support testing, document operational processes, and maintain audit trails and governance standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
Requirements
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with complex data sets.
- Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Commitment to data quality and operational governance.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python, SAS, or SQL.
- Knowledge of Defined Benefit pensions.
