Application Manager (CIP)

Location: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam; frequent travel of up to 70% across Vietnam and Indochina countries.

What you will do

• Provide advanced technical support for food and beverage customers and solve complex application challenges.
• Conduct on-site surveys, plant assessments, audits, and troubleshooting for CIP and OPC cleaning and sanitizing programs.
• Collaborate with sales and customers on technical solutions, product trials, business development, and after-sales support.
• Implement products, dispensers, equipment, and application solutions at customer sites.
• Prepare technical reports documenting outcomes, customer value, and sustainability impacts.
• Present technical solutions and best practices to customers, associations, and industry forums.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, food science, chemistry, engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of technical experience with hands-on site exposure, preferably in quality control, quality assurance, or production.
• Strong chemistry background and experience solving application issues on customer sites.
• Advanced knowledge of beverage, dairy, or brewery processes and CIP and OPC concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, explain technical and commercial value, and train sales colleagues.
• English sufficient for internal organizational communication; proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D software.
