What you will do

• Lead the manufacturing team and deliver operational targets within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate Logistics, Maintenance, Engineering, and QSHE functions to align priorities and production goals.
• Drive health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, including corrective actions and Right First Time improvement.
• Monitor OEE, labour efficiency, production volumes, schedule adherence, and customer delivery performance.
• Develop lean and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting inventory and conversion-cost management.
• Engage, develop, and train manufacturing employees to improve site performance.

Requirements

• Degree-level education in a technical or engineering discipline is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an active leadership style.
• Decisive and methodical problem-solving, planning, analysis, organisation, and monitoring abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate the work of others.
• Numeracy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.
