What you will do

• Develop, apply, and evaluate machine learning algorithms for drone-threat detection and signal-processing problems.
• Analyze and manage large RF datasets for model training and testing.
• Apply digital signal processing techniques for denoising and preconditioning spectrograms.
• Build data pipelines and automate manual data-processing workflows.
• Analyze real-world results to identify root causes, statistical trends, and insights.
• Collaborate with AI/ML, software engineering, research, development, and field-test teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in machine learning, computer science, applied mathematics, or a similar field, plus 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of digital signal processing principles and techniques.
• Professional proficiency in Python.
• Experience with machine learning, statistical signal processing, or pattern recognition.
• Strong data-handling skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Must qualify as a U.S. person or be eligible for an export license under ITAR/EAR requirements; U.S. citizenship is required for some positions.

Nice to have

• Experience with PyTorch or similar deep learning frameworks.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, including model training, versioning, and deployment.
• Experience with spectral analysis, adaptive filtering, or detection and estimation theory.
• Exposure to Counter-UAS, radar, electronic warfare, or defense RF systems.
