What you will do

• Lead global P2P operations including invoice processing, payments, and expense management while ensuring adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
• Drive end-to-end process improvements and transformation initiatives in partnership with global process owners.
• Oversee Guadalajara site operations, including local communications, budget management, and workplace services.
• Develop and lead large, cross-country teams of 100+ employees to foster a high-performing and engaged culture.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders in Finance, HR, IT, and Procurement to resolve operational issues and improve business outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards, audit requirements, and SOX regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in global business services, shared services, or finance operations.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end P2P operations and large cross-country teams of 100+ employees.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Demonstrated experience in organizational change, transformation, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Direct Finance or Accounting leadership background.
• Experience as a site leader within a GBS or shared services organization.
• Experience working across Latin America and multiple global markets.
• Experience managing site budgets, cost centers, and workplace operations.
