What you will do

• Review contracts, budgets, amendments, and other client documentation to identify payable clinical trial activities.
• Extract and configure client data into hirify.global systems using established best practices.
• Verify interpretations with business partners and collaborate with clients and Client Delivery colleagues on implementation needs.
• Identify quality risks, support audits and monitoring procedures, and meet internal KPIs and client SLAs.
• Participate in implementation calls and resolve complex configuration issues.
• Document process improvements and partner with Product and IT teams on platform enhancements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry, preferably with contract management experience.
• Ability to interpret clinical trial financial documents and identify payable activities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, quality focus, and risk mitigation mindset.
• Ability to manage high-volume work, shifting priorities, and client deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
