What you will do

• Meet with new customers to gather requirements for a successful CRM transfer
• Prepare data for import using Microsoft Excel and other database tools
• Upload and monitor the progress of customer imports
• Organize and hold onboarding meetings with new customers

• Desire to work directly with customers
• Ability to manage multiple projects and schedule
• Expertise with spreadsheet tools like Microsoft Excel
• Ability to communicate clearly and positively
• Unrelenting attention to detail
• Basic understanding of databases (e.g. Microsoft Access or SQL)
