Location: Kraków, hybrid or remote from Poland; usual working hours are 9:00–17:00 CET.

What you will do

• Maintain existing C#/.NET applications and develop backend services, APIs, and integrations.
• Design and enhance pricing and risk analytics systems for batch and real-time processing.
• Process large datasets and optimize SQL, in-memory, and parallel workloads.
• Translate requirements from front-office and risk teams into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot critical production issues and improve system reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Contribute to legacy platform modernization, code reviews, and technical improvements with distributed teams in Poland and Canada.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET.
• Good knowledge of Python and SQL, including performance tuning and work with large datasets.
• Understanding of data structures, system design, and performance optimization.
• Experience debugging complex production environments and working with Linux.
• Knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Availability to work primarily within 9:00–17:00 CET and to work remotely from Poland for the remote arrangement.
