What you will do

• Own major product components and workstreams from initial discovery through production release.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales stakeholders to clarify business and technical requirements.
• Translate broad product goals into technical plans, milestones, and actionable engineering tasks.
• Design scalable system architecture and make high-impact technical decisions.
• Build and maintain production-grade Python components, ensuring reliability and extensibility.
• Contribute to engineering quality via design reviews and technical mentorship.

Requirements

• Strong backend engineering experience in Python.
• Deep hands-on Linux background and ability to read and review C code.
• Proven experience owning major projects or workstreams end-to-end.
• Strong system design and architectural thinking.
• Experience turning ambiguous requirements into technical deliverables.
• Regular use of AI-assisted development tools in the daily workflow.

Nice to have

• Experience writing Linux kernel patches or kernel modules.
• Proficiency in C programming and debugging skills.
