TL;DR
Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (AI/Python): Implementing AI-powered solutions and configuring scalable SaaS platforms for Property & Casualty insurance carriers with an accent on Python development, customer collaboration, automation, and reliable delivery. Location: Fully remote, but candidates must be located in Argentina or Brazil.

What you will do
- Work directly with customers to translate business needs into AI-enhanced technical solutions.
- Configure and extend the platform using Python, MySQL, AI APIs, and automation tools.
- Partner with product management to launch secure features using automation, predictive analytics, and natural language capabilities.
- Define AI-driven requirements, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver projects according to Statements of Work.
- Work in an Agile environment with Scrum, continuous integration, automated testing, code reviews, and version control.
- Create and maintain validation tests for the accuracy and integrity of AI-powered workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Python web development.
- 3+ years of SaaS product development and relational database experience, including MySQL.
- 3+ years of experience with Django or another Python framework.
- 2+ years of experience building and consuming APIs.
- Experience with AI-enhanced IDEs and agentic frameworks such as AutoGen, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
- Professional experience with Docker, AWS services, and excellent written and verbal communication skills; a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
