What you will do

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using PMO standards and tools.
• Manage day-to-day delivery tasks, including RAID logs, change requests, and vendor activities.
• Coordinate across technical teams (Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain) and support functions (Legal, Finance, Procurement).
• Ensure adherence to security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements for AI and sovereign cloud solutions.
• Plan and execute testing, commissioning, and handover to operations.
• Capture lessons learned to improve PMO templates, playbooks, and accelerators for future deployments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project support and coordination roles.
• At least 2 years of experience in data center and/or GPU infrastructure.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical thinking and detail orientation for accuracy in planning and execution.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex concepts for different audiences.

Nice to have

• Previous experience specifically with GPU deployments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
