Location: Remote within Italy, with travel to client sites across Europe; travel expenses are covered.

What you will do

• Build, implement, and deploy agentic platforms within enterprise client environments.
• Architect LLM orchestration using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
• Develop multi-agent systems with tool use, workflow orchestration, memory, and decision-making capabilities.
• Design and deploy RAG pipelines connected to enterprise data sources.
• Integrate AI platforms with APIs, data platforms, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, technical leaders, and delivery teams to deliver complex engagements.

Requirements

• Significant experience working at a Senior Engineer level; typically at least 8 years of commercial experience.
• Strong experience with Python, modern AI frameworks, and agentic platform development.
• Experience configuring Kubernetes and deploying workloads.
• Ability to design deployment architectures across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
• Strong consulting skills and experience solving complex business problems with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in Italy and able to travel to client sites within Europe.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Golang.
• Frontend experience with React.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes.
