Optical Module Hardware Staff Application Engineering (PAM4/SerDes)

What you will do

• Provide pre- and post-sales support for customer-facing design-in, bring-up, validation, and debug.
• Align customer design requirements with semiconductor technology and support proposal development.
• Guide customers through design processes and identify design opportunities.
• Perform SI/PI reviews covering topology, vias, return paths, decoupling strategy, and S-parameters.
• Provide onsite support for software tool issues, hardware and software debugging, and system bring-up.
• Train customers and distributor FAEs while coordinating with marketing, sales, quality, and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with typically 3–10 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with typically 1–8 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with PAM4 SerDes, optical modules, TIA/Driver front-ends, and AEC/ACC hardware through design, bring-up, and testing.
• Experience with signal integrity and power integrity analysis, simulations, and laboratory correlation.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
