Business Intelligence Developer (Tableau)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of BI products, from requirements gathering and data modeling to deployment.
• Design and develop advanced Tableau dashboards for executive, operational, and security-focused audiences.
• Define KPI frameworks and business metrics to measure security program effectiveness.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and visual stories.
• Partner with business stakeholders to challenge assumptions and propose measurement strategies.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends and conduct lightweight ETL transformations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in BI, Analytics, or Data Visualization roles.
• Advanced Tableau expertise, including calculated fields, parameters, LOD expressions, and performance optimization.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, aggregations, and query tuning.
• Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Proven track record of designing executive and operational dashboards.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience within CISO, SOC, or GRC environments and familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or SOC 2.
• Knowledge of security metrics (vulnerability management, incident response KPIs).
• Experience with security tooling data sources (SIEM, EDR, IAM).
• Python for analytics or automation.
• Experience with dbt, Airflow, or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
