Middle BI Analyst

Location: Hybrid work from the Larnaca or Limassol office in Cyprus

What you will do

• Build interactive, functional, and visually polished dashboards in Tableau.
• Manage Tableau Server, including user access, permissions, project structure, extracts, and subscriptions.
• Develop reports covering sales pipeline, conversion stages, lead velocity, and other revenue metrics.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis in Tableau and Excel and identify trends and business opportunities.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical analytics solutions.
• Work with data engineers to define and structure datasets.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in BI or data analytics.
• At least 1 year of experience with Tableau and Tableau Server.
• Solid SQL skills and advanced Excel knowledge, including pivot tables, formulas, and data cleaning.
• Understanding of sales metrics such as pipeline, conversion, win rate, churn, and MRR.
• Professional English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Basic Python knowledge.
• Understanding of statistics.
• Familiarity with workflow automation and AI-assisted data tools.
