What you will do

• Design and develop user-centric dashboards, visualizations, KPIs, and executive reports using complex data sources.
• Define business metrics and KPIs with stakeholders and translate reporting needs into functional data-extract requirements.
• Develop scalable data models, reporting solutions, wireframes, and user stories with Digital and IT teams.
• Manage data logistics, including specifications, transfers, structures, rules, extracts, segmentation logic, and aggregates.
• Identify opportunities to improve manual and legacy reporting workflows through data visualization and AI strategies.
• Coordinate testing and controls for reporting implementations while supporting medical affairs and commercial analytics initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience developing dashboards and data visualizations with Tableau; Power BI experience is also required as a secondary skill.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, reporting automation, and working with large datasets from multiple sources.
• Experience creating interactive dashboards, visualizations, KPIs, and executive reports.
• Business analytics experience and the ability to gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into scalable analytical solutions.
• Domain expertise in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare analytics.
• Basic understanding of generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted analytics, together with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
