What you will do

• Define and evolve engineering vision and full-stack architecture across frontend, BFF, and backend tiers.
• Deliver production-grade code using Node.js, React/Angular, Python, and cloud-native components.
• Lead design sessions for high-performance, scalable systems with an emphasis on clean architecture and DDD.
• Architect secure, resilient applications using Azure PaaS/IaaS, AKS, and serverless components.
• Drive end-to-end CI/CD strategy with Azure DevOps, GitOps, and Kubernetes pipelines.
• Mentor senior engineers and lead engineering guilds to develop technical leadership within the organization.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and Python.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React (v18+) or Angular (v14+).
• Strong knowledge of backend frameworks including Nest.js, Express.js, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Expertise in architecture patterns: Microservices, Clean Architecture, CQRS, and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Azure (App Services, Key Vault, Event Grid) and DevOps tools (Terraform, Docker, Helm).
• Location: Must be based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Nice to have

• Enterprise experience leading high-stakes projects in regulated or high-availability environments.
• Technical certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
