What you will do

• Translate ambiguous public-sector mission requirements into architectural roadmaps and guide implementation.
• Design frameworks for production-grade AI applications integrating interactive UIs, backend systems, and AI models.
• Guide cloud infrastructure evolution across AWS, Azure, and GCP, with a focus on security, scalability, and system integrity.
• Direct development of core platforms and shared services for diverse client use cases.
• Partner with leadership on the technical roadmap and mentor senior and junior engineers.
• Convert client lessons into reusable engineering patterns and practices for the wider team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of full-stack engineering experience with Python, Node, and React.
• Experience architecting complex distributed systems on Kubernetes and global cloud infrastructure.
• Expertise in production systems, security, reliability, and long-term scalability.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting end-to-end solutions in complex, high-security client environments.
• Self-directed technical leadership, ambiguity resolution, mentoring, and technical vision setting.
• Proficiency in Arabic is required.

Nice to have

• Startup experience as a CTO, founding engineer, forward-deployed engineer, or dedicated customer engineer.
