What you will do

• Design and develop LV and HV networks to support site capacity and mitigate risks.
• Implement asset maintenance procedures for electrical networks to ensure reliability and prolong asset lifespan.
• Develop and manage a safe system of work for the site's HV network.
• Plan and execute HV and LV electrical shutdowns for plant and site maintenance.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal departments on project work and permitting.
• Manage technical documentation and drawing accuracy for electrical plant and systems.

Requirements

• Hons Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
• Must have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not provided
• Strong understanding of EHS requirements and safe systems of work.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams for large project delivery.
• Capacity to present technical justifications to senior and executive management.

Nice to have

• Qualification as a Senior Authorized Person (SAP) or Authorising Engineer (AE) for HV switching.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing facilities.
• Proficiency with HV/LV Switchgear, Control Panels, and Variable Speed Drives.
• Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) or Energy Metering.
