Junior Talent Partner

Location: Chicago, IL; hybrid schedule with four days per week in the downtown office and one day per week from home. Candidates must currently be based in the Chicago area.

What you will do

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and interview panels.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, reporting data, and recruiting pipelines in the ATS.
• Support hiring managers with job postings, debriefs, interview materials, and candidate communications.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
• Assist with sourcing activities, job board postings, and light resume review.
• Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve workflows and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in recruiting operations, coordination, HR, or related administrative or operations work, or relevant internship experience.
• Current experience using AI tools and creating workflows from scratch.
• Ability to manage high-volume work involving multiple calendars, time zones, requisitions, and priorities.
• Familiarity with an ATS, Google Calendar, and Slack.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Must currently be based in the Chicago area and work from the Chicago office four days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Greenhouse ATS experience.
