What you will do

• Own and execute the product strategy and roadmap for platform capabilities, APIs, and technical ecosystems.
• Define API standards, integration requirements, and documentation practices to improve developer experience.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate technical tradeoffs and prioritize implementation decisions.
• Manage relationships with enterprise technology partners through evaluation, onboarding, migration, and optimization.
• Modernize legacy integrations while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and customer experiences.
• Translate complex architectural decisions into clear recommendations for technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with significant ownership of APIs, platforms, or enterprise systems.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong technical credibility for collaborating with engineers, architects, and external technology partners.
• Experience managing third-party integrations and vendor adoption initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and handle complex technical roadmaps.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a software engineer, solutions architect, or technical lead.
• Familiarity with .NET, Azure, payment platforms, e-commerce, or loyalty systems.
