What you will do

• Lead complex security operations analyses to detect, investigate, and respond to sophisticated threats across global environments.
• Design and standardize security monitoring and incident response workflows, including runbooks and playbooks.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate security findings into actionable technical requirements.
• Develop advanced analytics, detections, and dashboards to provide visibility into security posture and threat trends.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship on log management, alert tuning, and the use of SOAR/SIEM tooling.
• Integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions to improve detection, triage, and response outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Extensive experience in security operations, including hands-on incident detection and response in large-scale environments.
• Proven ownership of end-to-end monitoring, alerting, and incident handling processes across multiple domains.
• Strong technical expertise in SIEM, EDR, log management, and security analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-driven systems and workflows within a security context.
• Must be based in the United States.
