TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Partner (HR): Managing the full-cycle recruiting process for the Malaysian market with an accent on sourcing software sales professionals. Focus on building strategic talent pipelines and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience across the APAC region.

Location: Hybrid - Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (work 2-3 days per week at the office)

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and functional leaders to determine business needs and develop TA strategies.
• Cultivate passive candidate pipelines and build brand awareness throughout the APAC region.
• Manage requisition loads and drive a positive candidate experience from initial contact to hire.
• Ensure all hiring processes adhere to local labor and employment laws in Malaysia.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of full lifecycle talent acquisition experience.
• Proven track record of recruiting software sales and other revenue-generating roles.
• Expertise in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Knowledge of local labor and employment law in Malaysia.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage highly confidential information.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Startup experience and the ability to scale within a fast-growing company.
• Experience with Workday Recruiter.
