What you will do

• Review and screen CVs against role requirements to ensure candidate suitability.
• Conduct initial phone and video pre-screen interviews to assess candidate motivation and communication skills.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple APAC time zones for candidates, hiring managers, and panels.
• Partner with talent acquisition partners to source and select high-quality candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and dashboards within the ATS.
• Utilize creative recruitment channels to attract a diverse range of local and international talent.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.
• Ability to build effective working relationships across different countries, cultures, and time zones.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
