What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche roles using LinkedIn, Workday, and HiredScore.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and provide market insights on compensation and availability.
• Ensure a professional, transparent, and engaging candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in Workday and adhere to internal audit standards.
• Support employer branding activities and represent the company at external networking events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate functions.
• Strong preference for experience in aviation or aerospace domain.
• Proficiency in leveraging diverse sourcing channels and TA tools.
• Ability to provide strategic recommendations and market benchmarks to stakeholders.
• Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
• Availability for a Fixed Term Contract.
