What you will do

• Define and monitor SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets to drive platform reliability across core security platforms.
• Build and manage observability-as-code solutions for proactive issue detection and monitoring.
• Lead security platform incident response, recovery efforts, and post-incident reviews to minimize disruption.
• Coordinate capacity planning and performance monitoring to forecast growth and mitigate risks.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and provide data-driven insights to support scalability decisions.
• Drive operational excellence through runbooks, alert optimization, and planned change management.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering within large enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in SRE practices, including SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and reliability engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Python scripting, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience supporting enterprise security platforms such as SIEM, EDR, and Vulnerability Management.
• Reliability-first mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills.
