What you will do

• Design and own outcomes measurement frameworks to capture clinical improvement and return-to-productivity.
• Analyze longitudinal outcomes data and translate results into actionable findings for cross-functional partners.
• Lead original research and author peer-reviewed manuscripts for high-impact clinical journals.
• Translate findings into evidence assets, white papers, and clinical briefs for enterprise buyers and partners.
• Partner with Value Management on VOI/ROI analyses to quantify financial impact of engagement.
• Equip Sales and Client Management with evidence-based talking points and RFP content.

Requirements

• PhD in Clinical Psychology, Health Services Research, Epidemiology, Public Health, or Behavioral Science.
• 5–8 years of postdoctoral or industry research experience in digital or managed behavioral health.
• Proven peer-reviewed publication record in mental health or health outcomes research.
• Fluency in longitudinal data analysis and statistical platforms such as R, Python, SPSS, or Stata.
• Experience designing and running IRB-approved studies using real-world or platform data.
• Must be able to maintain work authorization for the duration of employment without employer sponsorship.
