Salary: $62,100 – $72,500 USD

What you will do

• Inspect returned products according to quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production test issues escalated from repair technicians.
• Perform product teardowns and document workflows for quality analysis.
• Identify experience detractors and track product performance at a macro level.
• Generate product health reports to facilitate iterative design improvements.
• Maintain laboratory workstations and common facility areas.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in a technical area or Vocational/Trade school certificate.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and propose creative solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35+ lbs and perform repetitive bending, kneeling, and squatting.
• Must be able to work fully onsite at the Needham, MA headquarters.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality, Product Development, or Human Factors Engineering.
• Experience with electronic test equipment (multimeters, digital scales, pressure gauges).
• General background in electrical and mechanical function and application.
• Knowledge of SharePoint.
