What you will do

• Lead and motivate team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly yard goals.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety policies and maintain a clean work environment.
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure customer delivery expectations are met efficiently.
• Participate in cycle counts and annual inventory taking processes.
• Support the Yard Supervisor in team development, coaching, and relaying clear expectations.
• Implement and maintain Logistics Best Practices within the yard.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the USA.

• Proven exhirify.globalence in handling construction materials and associated procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math and maintain high attention to detail.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
