What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and evaluation of advanced training programs to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Analyze AR 700-127 and ADP 4-0 to ensure training scenarios reflect current Combat Sustainment TTPs.
• Develop complex training scenarios and "digital twins" of logistical hubs (ports, railheads) for the Synthetic Training Environment (STE).
• Act as primary liaison to Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and operational units to validate virtual trainers.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on military doctrine and staff operations during the systems acquisition process.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance.
• Expertise in military doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
• Experience with staff operations related to the deployment of combat and combat support units.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Orlando, FL.
