Senior Product Consultant (Sports & Entertainment)

Location: Preferred candidate should be based in the Greater Toronto Area or the Greater Vancouver Area of Canada, working in hours that align to ET or PT.

What you will do

• Build and champion product strategies and visions throughout client engagements.
• Analyze customer and stakeholder feedback to shape requirements and features.
• Create and manage product plans, roadmaps, and detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRD).
• Organize product releases and priorities to maximize business value.
• Define measurement plans and track product impact using various analytics tools.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and third-party vendors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in a consultation role within an agency or professional services firm.
• Strong proficiency in stakeholder management and facilitating workshops.
• Understanding of Sports & Entertainment design, HTML, and Next.js processes.
• Expertise in accessibility requirements, specifically WCAG 2.2.
• Experience with backlog management, sprint planning, and roadmapping.

• Demonstrated experience using Contentful as a headless CMS for building and managing websites.
