Salary: $85,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Directly support users via Intercom, Slack, phone, and email to maximize platform value.
• Analyze and interpret API documentation to solve technical challenges for customers.
• Work with a suite of SaaS tools including CRMs, ESPs, and ERPs.
• Collaborate tightly with Technical Account Managers, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Drive an exceptional experience for every user as part of the customer journey.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Technical background through experience or education.
• Proficiency in SQL or willingness to learn basics and advanced topics.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (E-Verify process).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong discovery and interpersonal skills.
