What you will do

• Implement and launch ad campaigns according to specifications, including targeting, tracking, and budget alignment.
• Provide technical support for platform integrations and manage escalation paths for technical issues.
• Optimize campaign outcomes and maximize client ROI through A/B testing of creative and targeting.
• Analyze campaign performance trends and synthesize actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Develop and scale AI/LLM-based automation workflows to reduce manual effort and increase team leverage.
• Act as the operational engine for multiple revenue-driving functions within the business organization.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in digital advertising or ad operations.
• Must be based in or relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and LLM-based workflows to drive efficiency.
• Proficiency in SQL; Python or similar scripting languages are strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of ad technologies, campaign operation methodologies, and tracking solutions.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and Product teams on API-level troubleshooting and integrations.

Nice to have

• Experience designing internal automation tools, bots, pipelines, or dashboards.
