What you will do

• Provision and deliver servers, including hardware configuration, firmware updates, RAID setup, and OS installation for Linux and Windows Server.
• Execute pre-delivery validation checks to ensure servers are fully functional and meet company standards.
• Coordinate with data center teams and remote hands for physical racking, cabling, and component swaps.
• Track order deadlines and immediately escalate risks to the Regional Manager to prevent delivery slips.
• Follow and suggest improvements to standardized delivery workflows, runbooks, and checklists.
• Maintain accurate real-time records of configurations, timestamps, and encountered issues.

Requirements

• Advanced English communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with server hardware assembly, diagnostics, and component replacement.
• Proficiency in Linux system administration and familiarity with Windows Server environments.
• Knowledge of RAID technologies, storage fundamentals, and IPMI/BMC out-of-band management.
• Basic networking knowledge, including IP addressing, VLANs, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel orders with speed and accuracy under strict deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in ISP, hosting, cloud infrastructure, or hyperscale data center environments.
• Familiarity with PXE boot, imaging systems, or DCIM platforms.
• Basic scripting skills in Bash or Python for automation.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Linux+, LPIC-1, or CCNA.
