What you will do
- Own the executional bar for design and motion across assigned divisions, ensuring polish and platform alignment.
- Manage, coach, and mentor Design and Edit Leads on technical execution, creative QA, and project pacing.
- Develop and implement scalable creative systems, tooling, and operational enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with Strategy and Content teams to translate messaging frameworks into creative systems across various channels.
- Direct production for high-priority accounts across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Email/SMS, and Amazon.
- Integrate AI technologies and leverage the Nova ecosystem to optimize business processes and workflows.
Requirements
- Must be based in Brazil.
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English (C1) is required.
- 8+ years of experience in visual design and/or video editing, preferably within an agency environment.
- Strong fluency in Adobe CC, Figma, and platform-specific creative formats.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring other creative professionals.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and performance-driven creative.
