What you will do

• Lead the creation and continuous improvement of realistic, consistent AI-generated visual content.
• Design, build, and optimize scalable generative AI workflows using image generation platforms and automation tools.
• Automate high-volume production through APIs, batch processing, scripting, and workflow orchestration.
• Define technical standards and best practices for AI image generation across multiple content streams.
• Evaluate emerging AI models and tools before integrating them into production systems.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with creative and technical stakeholders to align visual assets with business goals.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience creating realistic AI-generated imagery, avatars, AI personas, or high-volume creative assets.
• Strong expertise with generative AI tools such as ComfyUI, Flux, Nano Banana Pro, ChatGPT, WaveSpeed, or similar platforms.
• Experience building automated workflows with APIs, n8n, batch generation tools, scripting, or comparable solutions.
• Strong knowledge of image realism, composition, anatomy, lighting, visual consistency, and artifact reduction.
• Ability to design scalable production systems rather than one-off creative solutions.
• Leadership, communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills in remote environments.
