What you will do
- Create and edit video content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube using product materials and UGC.
- Design visual assets for newsletters, email marketing, and Meta Ads.
- Produce images, videos, and creative materials using AI-powered tools to accelerate content production.
- Manage and publish content consistently across various social platforms.
- Create briefs for content creators and edit UGC materials into effective performance marketing assets.
- Analyze content performance metrics and recommend improvements based on audience behavior.
Requirements
- Must be based in Brazil.
- 3+ years of experience creating content for social media, digital campaigns, or DTC brands.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Experience with design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva.
- Proven experience using AI-powered tools for images, video, and creative workflows.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant work across social media content and advertising creatives.
Nice to have
- Experience with beauty, skincare, wellness, technology, or digital advertising niches.
- Basic copywriting skills for social media, newsletters, and SMS campaigns.
- Familiarity with advanced AI platforms such as Midjourney, Runway, Veo, or Kling.
