What you will do

• Own web and graphic design projects from concept and mockups through revisions and final delivery.
• Design websites, homepages, and landing pages focused on usability, engagement, clarity, and conversion.
• Apply UX principles and collaborate with content and marketing stakeholders on headlines, hooks, page structures, and visual experiences.
• Create social media advertisements and digital and print marketing materials while maintaining consistent branding.
• Update WordPress content, layouts, themes, and templates to achieve the required visual and functional outcomes.
• Manage timelines, priorities, revisions, quality standards, and project delivery across multiple client engagements.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of professional agency experience in web and graphic design.
• Portfolio demonstrating website and marketing asset design with a focus on usability and conversion.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles, web layout, visual hierarchy, and conversion-focused design.
• Hands-on WordPress experience, including content and layout editing and theme or template adjustments.
• Experience with Figma, website mockups, design systems, social media, digital marketing, and print design.
• Excellent written English and availability for 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST working hours while based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience working with US-based clients or organizations.
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or comparable video-editing tools.
• Healthcare or dental industry experience.
